Products will be made in facilities that handle tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, sesame and eggs. Guests with severe allergies should speak with a team member before ordering; cross-contact cannot be ruled out.
We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders and service agreements, manage accounts and send newsletters to subscribers, plus anonymized analytics used to improve the site. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing; it is shared only to fulfill orders and services or as required by law. California consumers may exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. Requests to access or delete information go to [email protected].
Orders and services are governed by the order terms of the relevant company. Offerings, pricing and terms may change with advance notice; site content may not reflect current offerings in every market. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Chocojava is pre-launch. Our first cafes open in 2027, and this site describes them as plans until they do. No operating figures are published before launch.
No health, nutrition or environmental claim is published without substantiation. Sourcing statements describe planned direct-trade relationships.
Leadership portraits and the dog photos are photographs of the people and dogs shown. All other photographs on this site are licensed stock images; they do not depict Chocojava cafes, products, customers or team members.
Built to WCAG 2.1 AA: alternative text on every image, minimum 4.5:1 text contrast, keyboard navigation. Problems can be reported to [email protected].
Chocojava is a Gr3ySpace brand. Gr3ySpace is under common ownership with other companies led by the same founders, including an affiliated lender that plans to finance franchisees once licensed. Those relationships create conflicts of interest; affiliate arrangements will be put in writing and disclosed.
