Key principles
Reporting ChannelsConcerns may be reported to a manager, HR, Legal, or through the confidential whistleblower hotline.
ConfidentialityReports are handled confidentially to the extent permitted by law.
Non-RetaliationRetaliation against a person who raises a good-faith concern is strictly prohibited.
InvestigationAll concerns are reviewed and, where warranted, investigated promptly.
EscalationSerious concerns are escalated to the Audit Committee of the Board.
