Every sip, every bite, every story starts with a decision to do it well.
ChocoJava was founded to prove that a specialty beverage and confection company can be crafted, community-focused, and financially durable at the same time.
Our roots are in the ritual: the first pour of the morning, the last square of chocolate after dinner, the deliberate steep of a tea worth waiting for. Around those rituals we built a business that sources directly from producers, roasts and blends in-house, and serves guests in cafes and boutiques designed to feel considered and unhurried.
Headquartered in Dallas and expanding across North America, we operate four product lines, four store formats, and a vertically integrated supply chain that connects growers, roasters, chocolatiers, and cafe teams into a single quality standard.

What we believe
Origin first
We trace every bean, leaf, and bar back to the growers who produced it, and we pay accordingly. Direct-trade relationships are the foundation of our menu.
Ritual over transaction
A cafe visit should feel considered. We invest in training, service, and design so that every guest leaves with more than they came in for.
Craft at scale
Craft is a discipline, not a limit. Our roasting, blending, and chocolate programs are built to hold quality as we expand into new markets.
Operational rigor
We treat retail unit economics with the same seriousness as we treat cupping scores. Both determine whether we get to keep doing this.
People are the product
Baristas, chocolatiers, and store leaders are the last mile between the origin and the guest. We build careers, not shifts.
Durable capital
Our investor base is aligned with a decade-plus horizon, allowing us to make sourcing, hiring, and real-estate decisions that compound.
At a glance
“The most important thing we do is not the coffee, or the tea, or the chocolate. It’s the decision to treat all three—and the people who craft them—as work worth taking seriously.”
